Arena Capital LLC is a privately held commercial real estate group that specializes in the acquisition, improvement, re-positioning, and management of our residential and commercial investment properties. Arena was created to allow the strengths of its founders to be leveraged by investors seeking to passively participate in significant investment opportunities often unavailable to, and unattainable by, the solo investor.

We take an opportunistic approach to identifying investments that can provide capital preservation, forced equity appreciation and cash distribution, while simultaneously allowing for tax advantaged investing for our partners. Our core strategy concentrates on identifying and acquiring under performing or under-capitalized investment properties with strong value add potential. We unlock additional value of these assets through a combination of stringent underwriting, beneficial financing strategies, strategic renovations, aggressive leasing and management, and a focus on sustainability.
